Where most people start.

How long does a custom wedding dress take?

Typically 6 to 12 months is ideal, though we’ve worked successfully with shorter timelines. Reach out and we’ll be honest about what’s possible for your date.

Do you work with clients outside Italy?

Yes, regularly. All meetings happen by video call and the dress is shipped securely to your address anywhere in the world.

Is the first appointment free?

Completely. The first meeting and the entire exploration phase are free and carry no commitment.

Do I need to know what I want before contacting you?

Not at all. Most brides don’t. The process starts with listening, and we figure it out together.

What does a custom wedding dress cost?

Bridal gowns typically start between €2,000 and €2,500 and up depending on the design, fabrics, level of detail and most importantly, your priorities. Ceremony and event dresses typically start between €1,000 and €1,500. Budgets go in both directions from there, and every conversation is different.

Your first consultation is where your budget budget takes form, and where you understand what you are getting in exchange: a dress made entirely for your body, in exactly the right fabric, the right cut, the right shade of white, by people who understand your needs better than you could have anticipated. No weekends driving between boutiques. No settling. No dress that was made for someone else and adjusted to fit you. Just something made with care, made ethically, made to last – and an experience that stays with you as a treasured memory.

Costs and commitment

Is there a cost for the first appointment?

The first meeting and everything that comes with it, conversations, ideas, design proposals, are completely free.

This time is for getting to know each other and figuring out whether this is the right fit. There is no commitment until you decide to move forward.

When does the financial commitment begin?

Once you've chosen your final design. At that point a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at delivery. Until then, you're free to explore, ask questions and take all the time you need.

What's included before I commit?

Everything up to the final decision is about listening and discovery. The first meeting, sharing ideas, reviewing design proposals, exploring what's possible. All at no cost.

Will there be extra costs?

The budget we agree on at the start covers materials, custom details and the adjustments needed to complete the dress. Only in the rare case of significant changes mid-process would we revisit it together, always openly and by mutual agreement.

All your reviews are 5 stars. How is that possible?

They reflect real experiences.
Every project is followed with care, real listening and genuine presence from start to delivery. Going beyond expectations isn't a goal we set. It's just what happens when you actually care.

The creative process

Do I need to know what I want already?

Not at all. The process starts with listening.

I guide you through the choices, silhouette, fabric, details, finding what works for you, your body and the style of your event. If you have images or ideas to share, wonderful. If you don't, that's completely normal.

Can I bring inspiration or a moodboard?

Always welcome, never required. Many brides arrive without a clear idea and that's perfectly fine. We figure it out together.

How do I know if this process is right for me?

This process is for women who want a dress built with time, care and real attention. If you want to feel guided rather than rushed, if the details matter as much as the result, we're probably a good fit.

The first meeting exists for exactly this: to figure out together whether we're right for each other.

Can things change during the process?

Yes. The process is flexible and built step by step.

During fittings, adjustments and refinements are a natural part of getting things right. Only in the case of major structural changes would we revisit the project together, always clearly and openly.

What if my body changes or something doesn't feel right along the way?

That's what the fittings are for.

The process follows you over time. Every concern gets addressed. The conversation is always open. The goal is simple: to arrive somewhere that feels truly right. The quality of the experience matters as much as the final dress.

Who chooses the fabrics and details?

We choose together. Every fabric and detail is selected based on fit, the overall feel of the dress and the style of the occasion.

My experience guides the process, but your instincts are always part of it.

Timeline

How long does a custom dress take?

Starting early gives us the most room to work carefully.

12 to 18 months is plenty of time.
6 to 12 months is ideal.
3 to 6 months is tight but workable.

What if my timeline is shorter?

Reach out and tell us your situation. I'll be honest with you about what's possible and we'll figure out together how to move forward. One of the (many) benefits of creating everything locally is that we do have total control and flexibility.

Appointments and location

Where do appointments take place?

The first meeting is at our atelier in the center of Soave, or online if you prefer. Fittings are generally held in atelier.

In the case of orders placed from a distance, the dress is completed and shipped to you. We generally review it with you over video to help you decide if it needs any modifications.

Are appointments private?

Always. Every appointment is dedicated entirely to you, with the option to bring whoever you'd like to have by your side.

Can appointments be arranged at a different location?

On request, yes. Each situation is considered individually.

Remote clients

Can we work together from a distance?

Yes, and we do it regularly.

We work with clients who can't come to the atelier, both in Italy and abroad. All meetings take place by video call, with the same level of care and attention as in person.

How are measurements taken remotely?

During a video call, I personally walk you through each measurement, watching and directing every step to make sure it's done correctly. It works better than most people expect.

How is the dress delivered?

Once complete, the dress is carefully shipped to your address. We've sent dresses a few hours away and to the other side of the world. Every shipment is organized securely and with full tracking and insurance.

Other questions

Do you only make wedding dresses?

The atelier specializes in custom dresses for weddings, important events, red carpet and special occasions. For some clients we also create bespoke everyday pieces.

Can I contact you with an unusual request?

Please do.

Write to us and tell us what you need. We'll figure out how to proceed.

Can Angelina or another assistant be present on the wedding day?

Yes, on request. I can be there for the getting-ready moment and to make sure everything is perfect throughout the day. This is available by advance booking with a dedicated fee we agree on together.

Sometimes it happens naturally and personally, but in general it's best to make a request if it's something you'd like to book.

Are my information and images kept private?

Always. Nothing is shared without your consent. Every client is treated with discretion, respect and full confidentiality.
